If you are loading the Internal Organization dimension in SAS^® Financial Management release 4.x and you encounter the error

Unhandled exception has occurred in a component of your application

and the SAS Managed Server log shows an error similar to

java.lang.IllegalStateException: there is no EXT mbr
OR
java.lang.IllegalStateException: there is no ALL mbr

please verify that the EXT and ALL members exist in your dimension hierarchies.

If the EXT and ALL members do exist in your dimension hierarchies, please try re-starting your mid-tier (WebLogic) servers. If the EXT and/or ALL members were added after the mid-tier servers were already started, they will not be recognized.

This defect has been marked as fixed for SAS Financial Management release 5.1
